We had an amazing stay at Niccolo! The room was comfortable with a great view and the Wi-Fi speed was decent. The hotel even provided free bottled water, a nice touch. The staff were nice and helpful, delivering one of the best services we've ever experienced. The location was also convenient, with a shopping center right below. The swimming pool and spa had an excellent view of the entire city. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel gives you an amazing view of the city, which is a great advantage in itself. They also provide a wide range of pillows, and free bottles of water, making you feel quite at home. the hotel is located in a strategic area with a direct access to world-class shops, which can be a nice plus.

This venue exceeded my expectations. the location was very convenient, next to a huge shopping centre and subway line. the facilities were top-notch, especially the impressive indoor swimming pool and sauna area, with an amazing view of the city. the private and exclusive amenities made me feel like royalty. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to help with any needs.
The only minor issue was with the billing system, it was confusing to see all the taxes and charges listed together with the room charge. this did not detract from my overall wonderful experience at this hotel.

Great experience during my business trip. The hotel structure is new and offers impressive interiors, a nice pool, and sauna area with a great view. The gym is well-maintained and the staff is very accommodating. The location is very convenient and close to shops and restaurants.
The breakfast could have more variety, and the noise from the telephone in the room was loud and annoying. The elevators could be confusing to navigate and there was a lack of signage.

We loved the convenience of staying in this hotel that was right on top of a shopping mall and subway station. The cleanliness was excellent, from the super-clean room to the nice pool, gym, and sauna. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

This hotel has a great location, conveniently located near public transportation and world class shops within the shopping mall. the rooms are spacious, with stunning views of the city. the staff is helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make guests comfortable, even delivering fresh fruit daily to rooms.
Some guests may find it difficult to navigate the complex building layout, but staff are readily available to assist.
